Program Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

15 days or more before the 1st weekend: All payments, including the deposit, are refundable.

14 days or fewer before the 1st weekend: A $500 cancellation fee applies. For installment-plan students, the deposit will be retained. For students who paid in full, $500 will be deducted from the refund.

Once the training begins: Tuition is non-refundable. Students using an installment plan remain responsible for the remaining balance.

DeferralsDeferral requests are considered individually. If approved, tuition paid may be applied to a future BYDC Teacher Training.or
