Lynden Yoga Collective Refund Policy

At Lynden Yoga Collective, we are dedicated to delivering transformative yoga teacher training programs. Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness for all participants. Please review the following details carefully to understand your financial commitments and our procedures.

Deposit and Tuition Payments

Non-Refundable Deposit: A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot in the yoga teacher training program. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers administrative costs and reserves your place.

Full Tuition Payment: The remaining tuition balance is due by the program start date, unless a written payment plan is agreed upon with Lynden Yoga Collective. Payment plans must be documented and approved in advance by the program administration.

Withdrawal and Refund Process

Withdrawal 30+ Days Before Program Start: If you withdraw at least 30 days before the program begins, you will receive a full refund of all tuition paid, excluding the $500 non-refundable deposit. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your written withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Less Than 30 Days Before Program Start: No refunds will be issued for any tuition paid, including the deposit, if you withdraw less than 30 days before the program start date. This reflects the commitment of resources and planning required as the program nears.

After Program Start: No refunds will be granted once the program has begun, regardless of non-attendance, partial participation, or failure to complete the program.

Deferral for Emergencies or Significant Life Events

Request Process: In cases of documented emergencies or significant life events (e.g., serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances), you may submit a written request to defer participation to a future training session.

Review and Approval: Deferral requests must include supporting documentation and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the program director’s discretion.

Fees and Adjustments: Approved deferrals may incur a transfer fee and/or tuition adjustment based on the pricing of the future session. Details will be provided in writing upon approval.

Availability: Deferrals are subject to availability in future programs and are not guaranteed.

No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

Lynden Yoga Collective does not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the program’s content, structure, teaching style, or delivery. We encourage prospective students to review the program overview, curriculum, and values on our website or contact our team with questions before enrolling to ensure alignment with your expectations and goals.

How to Submit a Refund or Deferral Request

Submission: All refund or deferral requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@lyndenyogacollective.com.

Required Information: Include your full name, the program you are enrolled in, and a detailed explanation of your request. For deferrals, attach relevant supporting documentation.

Response Time: We aim to respond to all requests within 7 business days.
