Program Refund Policy

Refunds may be offered (minus non-refundable deposit) on a case by case basis with at least 21 days notice prior to the in person immersion they are enrolled in. Our mission is to be considerate and fair to everyone affected (students, teachers, staff, etc). The first option will be to transfer the registration to another date. Refunds will be considered for extenuating circumstances only. We have found that one of the biggest obstacles to deep and lasting transformation is the inability to commit and see things through. Each requested refund will require an interview in order to ensure that it is for an emergency situation, rather than "I changed my mind". Because of the planning, staffing, food, etc., no refunds will be offered once the course begins for food and accommodations, but tuition may be transferred to another date when appropriate.

If Living Arts Yoga Institute cancels any training for any reason, a full refund will be offered.
