Program Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A set amount $447 to secure a spot, which covers administrative costs.

• Full Refund (Minus Deposit): Available if cancellation occurs a certain number of days 30 days before the program starts.

• No Refunds After Program Start: Once the program has commenced, refunds are typically not provided, though some schools may offer credit for future programs in exceptional cases.

• Program Cancellation by School: If the school cancels the program, a full refund, including the deposit, is usually provided.
