I got my 200 hr teacher training in 2021 with Yoga & Ayurveda center (Now Lifted lotus). I received my restorative yoga training, Chair yoga, Mediation training and Ayurveda certifications from the Yoga & Ayurveda Center. I had also studied on Children's yoga and Women's Holistic health with Jessica Fleming. Chair yoga for seniors with Kassandra Reinhardt Yoga Nidra Teacher training (30 hr) with BODSHERE. Currently working on my 300 hr teacher training with Yoga & Ayurveda center (Now Lifted lotus).
