SONDER® In-Person Yoga Teacher Training serving Washington DC Metro Area

SONDER’S lead Yoga teacher Megan Twining offers Yoga education through the traditional guru–śiṣya paramparā (teacher–student lineage), receiving the living wisdom of Yoga from her teacher in India, as it has been passed down through generations. Sincerity is the most important aspect of her own studies and is nurtured in her students as well.
