Irene Encarnacion

Irene began practicing yoga in 2006. Her yoga teaching influences are YogaWorks’ Kori Flechtner, Miramar College’s Jessica Matthews, and MiraCosta College’s Stacy McCarthy. Irene enjoys introducing yoga to new students and inspiring them in a safe and thoughtful manner.
