I began teaching Classical Yoga in 2011. I received my 200hr YTT, 500 hr YTT and 800hr Yoga Therapy certifications from the YogaLife Institute. I am proud of this lineage and endeavor to share yoga in a way that is inclusive and accessible. I believe yoga is for everyone.
