Avita Yoga works to create mobility in joints. I love teaching Avita because my students report the healing they feel. It's the only yoga I practice because of the peace it offers me in mind and body. Join us at avitayogaonline.com or in person in Minnesota.

Avita Yoga has roots in the work of Ida Rolf, whose study of yoga informed the development of Structural Integration.
Over time, Avita Yoga has evolved through the practical application of anatomical, physiological, and movement-based principles that use time, pressure, breath, and thoughtful movement to influence the fascial network, support joint function, strengthen bones, and improve neuromuscular coordination.
The method emphasizes adaptability, awareness, and sustainable change rather than performance or force.
