Sarah Welch

Sarah is holds RYT500, E-RYT200, RPYT designations and is the owner of YogaSix Highland Park. She teaches vinyasa-based group classes, offers private sessions, and has additional training in yin yoga. Additionally, she is trained as a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator.
