Purpose

This yoga teacher training program deepens a practitioner’s understanding of yoga and prepares them to guide others with confidence and integrity.

What to expect

Who Should Consider This Training

This program is designed for practitioners who are ready for serious study and committed practice.  It requires discipline, personal accountability, and a willingness to examine yourself and your practice with honesty.

This training program may be a strong fit for:

  • Students seeking more than a surface-level certification.

  • Curious humans ready to grow, connect, and practice authentically, even if teaching is not their end goal.

  •  Practitioners who value live guidance and real-time instruction.

  • Certified teachers who feel underprepared and want to deepen their foundation.

  • Prior teaching experience or certification is not required to apply or participate in this program.

For those who feel that call, the training becomes far more than a course. It becomes a continuation of the path.

Style/Lineage

Certification is the Outcome, Not the Purpose

Many teacher training programs are structured to move students through a fixed curriculum as quickly as possible. While that approach can lead to certification, it often leaves little room for the slower process of:

  • Developing a personal practice

  • Understanding the philosophy behind the teachings

  • Learning how to guide others with clarity and responsibility

Our program approaches teacher training differently.

The program is built around disciplined practice, close mentorship, and sustained study so that teaching grows naturally from lived experience rather than simply completing the required hours.
