Purpose
The 300-hour training develops advanced practice and teaching skills through R.E.A.L. methodology
What to expect
For sincere yoga teachers seeking to refine and enhance their teaching with greater precision. By exploring anatomy, the Yoga Sutras, the chakras, Tantra philosophy, and the Chromatic System of Yoga, students build a strong knowledge base and learn to embody the practices for authentic teaching. The training combines self-paced online lessons with assignments, quizzes, and practice teaching, alongside 30 hours of required live sessions for real-time feedback. Mentorship is provided in small groups and individually, and most content can be completed on your own schedule, except for the synchronous sessions.
Style/Lineage
Chromatic Yoga is a modern system that Matt Giordano developed. He describes it as a systematic approach that values community and authentic self-expression. He further explains, "The one defining through-line that permeates the entire approach of Chromatic Yoga is our study and use of the Elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space." He also states that the philosophy is inclusive of various lineages.
