Purpose

Awaken your voice, embody your truth—experience yoga and energy medicine as catalysts for personal and collective transformation.

What to expect

Participants will engage in a blend of immersive, in-person training days, weekly evening sessions, self-paced online modules, and a dedicated personal practice (sadhana). Across 12 full-day immersions and weekly evening sessions, you’ll explore embodied asana, somatic movement, energy anatomy, breathwork, sound healing, coaching tools, and trauma-aware leadership skills. The experience is intentionally crafted to integrate nervous system regulation, spiritual psychology, and sacred ritual—building the capacity to hold transformational space for yourself and others. Tuition includes unlimited yoga for five months (or longer if paid early), a comprehensive printed manual, and access to online materials.

Style/Lineage

ELEVATE draws from powerful streams of wisdom, weaving together the strength of Ashtanga, the expansive awareness of ISHTA Yoga, and the soulful depth of Forrest Yoga. Yet its roots extend far beyond traditional lineages. Every sequence, every assist, every breath is infused with the precision of bodywork, the insight of somatic movement, and the transformative power of subtle body practices. Myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, polarity therapy, breathwork, and trauma-aware methods are all woven into the fabric of the training—creating a multidimensional approach that’s as alive and dynamic as the people who step into it. This is yoga enriched, expanded, and reimagined—an art of movement and leadership that transforms from the inside out.
Additional Information
There are no prerequisites for this training—just a willingness to grow. All students will receive access to our private online learning portal with required content, recorded lectures, and supplemental materials. A printed manual is provided at the first in-person immersion. Students should be prepared to commit to a regular home practice and engage in both personal and group study throughout the journey.

Program Emphasis

Evaluation methods

Program evaluations
  • Written exam
  • Teaching evaluation

Our program prioritizes integration over memorization. We recognize that students learn differently, so assessments are designed to support real understanding—not performance. All theory-based content (anatomy, physiology, subtle body, etc.) is delivered through our private online platform with built-in quizzes. Students may retake quizzes as needed until they reach full comprehension. These are meant to reinforce learning—not to test under pressure. Group discussion is encouraged through our private forum to deepen clarity and connection. All students complete a teaching practicum, guiding a full class for peer and faculty feedback. Those planning to teach professionally also offer a Seva (community) class to the public, applying their skills in a real-world setting. Assessment is used to reflect growth—not to assign grades. Each student is supported individually based on where they are.
