2. Integrity in Teaching: Share only what you know and continue your own studies. Acknowledge the limits of your knowledge and experience.

3. Safe & Inclusive Space: Create a welcoming environment free of discrimination, harassment, or judgment, honoring all bodies, abilities, identities, and backgrounds.

4. Respectful Communication: Speak with kindness, listen actively, and engage with peers, teachers, and students in a spirit of compassion.

5. Healthy Boundaries: Maintain professional boundaries with students and fellow trainees, avoiding inappropriate relationships or misuse of power.

6. Commitment to Learning: Show up on time, participate fully, and take responsibility for your own growth, study, and self-practice.

7. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of others. Personal stories or sensitive information shared in training remain confidential.

8. Non-Harming (Ahimsa): Prioritize physical and emotional safety in all practices—never pushing yourself or others beyond safe limits.

9. Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions, choices, and words, and remain open to feedback and self-reflection.

10. Service & Respect for Lineage: Recognize yoga as a lifelong path of service, gratitude, and respect for the teachers and traditions that have carried the practice forward.
