Radiant Warrior Teacher Training teachers learn how to teach trauma-informed Vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga and Mindfulness
What to expect
For sincere students looking to deepen their practice and share their passion, this program provides a comprehensive immersion into the wide world of yoga. You will deepen your understanding of core concepts from the Gita and Sutras, while learning to make them practical to your own life. This is a self-paced online program that can be completed in as little as six weeks or up to one year. Students get instant access to unlimited daily yoga and meditation classes, an online community, and indefinite access to all course materials. You will also have a full year of access to live classes, office hours, and cue rehearsals.
Style/Lineage
The Radiant Warrior program is a modern synthesis designed to meet the needs of today's practitioners by encouraging self-exploration over rigid dogma.
We call this lineage a trauma-informed approach to Hatha and Vinyasa, which blends the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the energy-based practices of Kundalini and the contemplative wisdom of meditation and mindfulness. This practice is designed to help individuals find their own unique alignment and discover their true inner balance.
