This program is a 7-month, live online training designed to be powerful yet flexible, with live classes offered three times a week and replays available. You'll have Indefinite access to training materials and all class replays for Graduates to weekly Zoom office hours with lead educators for Q&A.
Style/Lineage
Although we acknowledge the breadth of knowledge of Yogi Bhajan and what he brought to the world, in this school we recognize that the roots of Kundalini Practices (Laya Yoga and Kriya Yoga), go far deeper than his lineage. It is our assertion and intention that students learn to tap into the inner light and power. This is a ‘Guru Free’ teacher training. Students are encouraged to bring in their own spiritual traditions and teach from a space that is authentic to them. It is vitally important that as yoga practitioners and teachers, we acknowledge that experiential learning, embodied practice and using our own inner guidance system is far more efficient than following a strict doctrine.
