Crown Pathways

Crown Pathways

A Trauma-Informed Personal Practice Journey

Who this is for

Yoga Teachers holding the following credentials: 200-Hour Yoga Practitioner Training + 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training + Yoga Anatomy Coursework, who are looking to enhance their offerings through experiential teaching.

The Crown Pathway is grounded in a classical yoga framework expressed through modern trauma-informed methodology. Practices are taught with an emphasis on nervous-system safety, consent-based participation, functional anatomy, subtle-body inquiry, and compassionate self-study.

Benefits

Ayurvedic daily rhythms, this program guides students through a structured Root-to-Crown journey that strengthens inner steadiness, clarity, and wholeness. This is not a YTT program, it is an advanced personal-practice path for practitioners ready for deeper integration.

What to expect

Students move through seven sequential modules aligned with the energy centers, blending guided practice, reflective inquiry, and trauma-informed pacing. Each module includes meditation, choice-based movement, art-meditation, journaling, and Ayurvedic habit exploration. The pathway is supported through a hybrid format (ala carte) with cohort connection, mentorship, and optional retreat-style intensives.

More information

The Crown Pathway is an advanced personal-practice certification for experienced students seeking deeper integration of yoga, subtle-body study, trauma-informed self-regulation, and Ayurvedic lifestyle rhythms. This program is not designed to train teachers, but to support personal transformation and lifelong practice stability. This program is perfect for someone in a transitional stage of life. Students receive a Certificate of Completion from the school upon meeting all requirements.
