More information
This gathering is held in the spirit of sangha... a shared space for practice, reflection, and community. Tea and origami are used as simple anchors for attention, inviting participants to slow down through gentle, repetitive action. Silence is welcome, and conversation is offered softly. The focus is on presence, not performance, and each person is invited to arrive as they are and engage at their own pace.
