Style/Lineage

SPA Yoga® is a 75-minute, slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience rooted in Fluid Yoga sequencing. By engaging all five senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, hands-on assists, and a renewed awareness of taste (sometimes chocolate!), SPA Yoga® helps practitioners access deep relaxation and inner wisdom.
