Style/Lineage

This training, led by Whitney Miller, is designed to help you become a confident, capable yoga teacher who knows how to lead a class with clarity and intention. It’s not just about learning poses—it’s about understanding how to build a class, communicate effectively, and create an experience that feels clear and grounded. You’ll be asked to show up, practice teach, and step outside your comfort zone, while also deepening your own relationship to the practice.
