Purpose
Over the course of this yoga teacher training, you will learn to teach safe, intelligent, and embodied alignment-based Blissology Yoga. You will understand the workings of the body and how to make each asana feel great for a wide variety of bodies.
What to expect
You will understand the flow of a well-sequenced vinyasa flow class based on the foundation we give with the Yoga Honey Routine. You will be able to confidently share your Yoga in a way that maximizes the health, sustainability, and happiness of our bodies, up-levels our life perspective and positively evolves the way we relate to our world.
This is more than just a yoga teacher training. You will learn unique and powerful tools to help bring more peace to our minds, our bodies and to the world. Through uncovering your life’s true purpose, you will deepen your yoga practice, connect to your unique teaching voice and experience radical transformation of body, mind, and heart.
We call this the art of creating an Upward Spiral. It is integral to the heart and science of Blissology; and it is powerful and blissful medicine.
Radically deepen your practice and experience this life-changing journey with us.
