Purpose

200-Hour trainingis much like a B.A: You get acquainted with the many layers of yoga philosophy and practice; you learn the basic discipline and the tools you need to develop a personal practice, embrace your destiny, and begin to share it with the world.

What to expect

The content and scope of the trainings are the same. You will receive comprehensive printed manuals for both trainings. You will be expected to complete the same requirements for certification.

The main difference lies in the intensity and geographical accessibility of the teachings. While in-person training crystallizes around intensive 25-hour weekends about once a month over seven months, the Virtual training is spread over 12 months, with one 6-hour intensive one Sunday a month and two-hour long weekly workshops every Thursday--this is still plenty intensive enough to experience the exalting and transformative effects of Kundalini Yoga in every aspect of your life!

While we expect you to be present in Livestream courses and discussions, Virtual Training gives you access to recorded classes and workshops when needed.

Style/Lineage

Kundalini, Himalayan Kriya, Tantric Lineages
