Purpose

Become confident Christian movement leaders who can align body and spirit through faith, movement, discernment, and biblical integrity — equipped to teach classes, workshops, devotionals, and movement ministry experiences.

What to expect

The Flow Into Alignment Christian Yoga Certification is a comprehensive continuing education course designed to help yoga professionals confidently practice and teach Christian yoga with biblical clarity, movement education, and practical teaching skills. This course equips enrollees to integrate Christ-centered intention, Scripture meditation, and discernment into professional yoga instruction.

Because enrollees entering this certification already hold a minimum 200-hour yoga teacher training, foundational knowledge of class structure, sequencing, and pose cueing is assumed. Module 3 of this course is therefore delivered as self-directed study through required reading rather than instructor-produced video lessons. A short introductory video is included in Module 3 to present an optional separate course on Yoga Pose Cueing and Modification for enrollees who wish to go deeper in that area.

Style/Lineage

This certification is for yoga professionals who are ready to stop second-guessing their faith and their practice — and start leading with clarity, conviction, and Christ-centered confidence.

Additional Information
By the End of This Course, Enrollees Will:

  • Teach movement with biblical clarity and discernment

  • Integrate Scripture, breath prayer, and worship into movement

  • Teach with excellence instead of perfectionism

  • Lead others confidently without compromising faith
