Style/Lineage
The Flow on Main teacher training program is derived from the years of wisdom and experience gained by founder Kimberly Kidder’s practice and training. Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern biomechanics, this training program will focus on the Vinyasa format of creative sequencing and draw much of its teachings from the Ashtanga and Hatha lineages. Branching off from the foundational aspects of these lineages; this teacher training will integrate modern biomechanics and functional movement methodology to provide a comprehensive educational experience.
