Style/Lineage
Open to all certified Yoga Teachers, Fluid Yoga 300hour Yoga Teacher Training in an immersive program that will provide you with the tools necessary to effectively teach the principles of yoga in a variety of settings including yoga classes, workshops and retreats. At the completion of this training, you will have a thorough understanding of how to run yoga workshops, and retreats including actual programs ready to offer to students if you so choose. The multi-faceted approach to this training will have weekly discussions on the deeper dimensions of the yoga practice so that you may understand your own mind and behaviors in the context of the philosophy of yoga. With this understanding you can effectively teach students and lead groups in both short format class and workshop settings and longer format retreat or training settings. You will gain first-hand experience by building mock business plans, workshops and retreats and over the course of the training refine them to such a point that they will be viable to run if you so choose by the completion of the course. Course participants will also practice teaching yoga classes with weekly teaching/feedback sessions with the group.
