FCYS has no single lineage. Our curriculum draws on multiple yoga traditions and disciplines,including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, Tantra, Ayurveda, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, and subtle-body practices to offer an integrative & inclusive approach to yoga education.
