Lineage/Style
Rudy trained to become a teacher of Kripalu Yoga as a member of the Kripalu resident community in the 80s. He was mentored to become a program director by Don Stapleton and Todd Norian. Over time he mentored other yoga teachers to become teacher trainers.

A pioneer of Gentle Yoga in the 80s, Rudy has been teaching and training yoga teachers for over 40 years. He is a Legacy Faculty member at Kripalu Center in Lenox, Massachusetts and is the creator of Dynamic Gentle Yoga. He teaches primarily online but also at Kripalu.
