Purpose
This 300 hour Level 2 program supports experienced teachers in deepening their practice, refining their teaching skills, and integrating classical yoga wisdom into confident, embodied, and ethical leadership.
What to expect
Students can look forward to a truly immersive and thoughtfully paced journey that combines daily practice, study, and the application of teaching skills. Training days usually feature asana, pranayama, meditation, reflection, and group discussions, all designed to create a rhythm that nurtures both personal growth and professional development.
The program covers a wide range of topics, including advanced asana and sequencing techniques, functional alignment, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and yogic philosophy. It places a strong focus on the art of teaching, exploring cueing, observation, class design, voice, presence, and ethical responsibility. Students regularly practice teaching and receive valuable feedback in a supportive setting. Instead of just memorization, the program emphasizes embodying what they learn, asking questions, and integrating it, which helps students translate their knowledge into effective teaching.
By the end of the training, graduates will have gained greater confidence, clarity, and practical tools they can use right away in their classes, workshops, and personal practice, both on and off the mat.
Style/Lineage
This 300 hour Level 2 training beautifully combines classical yoga wisdom with contemporary approaches to embodiment and teaching. It’s a practical journey that brings together the body, breath, mind, and awareness to foster clarity, strength, and a deeper connection.
Drawing from Samin Yoga methods, the training weaves together asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, anatomy, and yogic philosophy into a unified whole. It focuses on principles rather than just doing things right, which helps teachers tailor practices to different students and environments.
Graduates and reviewers often say the experience was incredibly supportive, well organized, and life changing. They especially value the clear guidance, the depth of understanding, and the genuine care from the teaching team. This tradition values being true to oneself, teaching with integrity, and integrating everything, which helps teachers improve their skills and live yoga as a lifelong journey of awareness, service, and growth.
