ABOUT THIS TRAINING:

This unique Teacher Training program, is an integrative approach which merges Breath with the deep understanding of Prana. This in itself is very powerful!

The foundation of Pranayama is rooted in the Eastern roots of Yoga, while the West has used the Breath to help with so many physical ailments.

I fully believe that everything that we do needs to be practiced and integrated.Without integration, nothing is fully merged within you.Rather than throwing the entire kitchen sink into this training, I’d like to break it down so that teachers have time to practice this material with students and fully integrate it, before receiving more. I can’t express how important this is.The goal is for teachers to feel confident and prepared to teach what they have learned, and not beyond. Here’s what I mean by this…Breathwork and Pranayama are very powerful tools. It can feel amazing but it can also create unraveling. If the teacher is not correctly prepared for the unraveling, it can be a disaster, and quite frankly, dangerous. Upon completion of this training, each teacher will be fully equipped to start teaching the fundamentals of Pranayama and Breathwork, and take students on a breathwork journey.

All teachers are a reflection of LLWS. In order to build a sacred community of teachers, we all need to have the same intention, which is to serve our students and community.

I’m always available for questions. Once teachers start teaching, the books become real. This is where it all happens, with real life scenarios.

This is not a certification program. It is a certificate program, which is Accredited by AYC, American Yoga Council.
