Style/Lineage

Led by Love Flow is a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga that honors it’s both classical and modern yoga roots. This

program is here for your everyday vitality. We are closer to living The Jetsons daily. We are in a screen-

driven world, and yet we are compelled by the heart. Conversations surround. Artists inspired. Lovers

overcome great obstacles. All for love, that thing ‘felt’ inside...

Led by Love Flow has an emphasis on heart-awareness-expanding practices (deeply inspired by dualistic

view offered in Tantra) and celebrates the idea of Santosha (contentment) with where we are at today.

Additional Information

On a personal note, Led by Love Flow: 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is the integration of all my

studies, and embodiment - the years of my life on the mat. The ode to my teachers. The honoring of my

work and understanding. My tears. The painful and beautiful of the expansion of my heart and soul that

ultimately served up self-realization, alongside oceans of compassion, that are now forever with me.

These are the teachings of everything I could ever want to impart to someone, or at least the humble

beginnings of that... what you’ll find inside is the philosophies, energetics, and postures of yoga that

have changed my life, and countless others. This is not new information, it’s ancient. I believe, these

tools to help us “ride the waves” of life with more ease and flow.

This is what this yoga training manual a means to me. What Led by Love Flow means to me, as I share it

with you. I have walked through my own dark night of the soul, and these teachings are what helped me

to heal (and continue to do so!) from the ground up.

I invite you to share these teachings in your own way. You are here for a reason. Do not waiver in your

worthiness or abilities. You CAN do this. Remember, yoga is for ALL.

It is my hope and prayer that these lessons have a ripple effect far more reaching than I might ever

imagine.
