Purpose
Long Life Yoga Intensive will give you the tools to confidently and creatively incorporate proven longevity practices into your yoga practice, yoga classes and private sessions with students of all ages.

* 7 Categories of Movement for Longevity.
* How to Use the Yamas and Niyamas to reset.
Practices:
Mindfulness Meditation

* Super Effective Restorative Work

Creating a short Long Life sequence
Style/Lineage
This intensive is designed for yoga students seeking a practice intensive and yoga teachers wishing to expand their teaching skills and marketability around the growing interest in longevity practices.
