Purpose

To empower students of all ages to become inclusive, knowledgeable, and heart-centered yoga teachers. With a deep respect for cultural traditions and a commitment to accessibility, we prepare teachers to share yoga in ways that are both authentic and transformative.

What to expect

Participants can expect a richly curated and intentionally designed training experience led by Anne Howard that blends classical yoga philosophy with modern teaching methodologies. The program offers experiential learning, hands-on practice, and reflective discussion. Students will explore foundational asanas with attention to functional alignment, accessibility, and energetic intention. The curriculum includes anatomy and the biomechanics of movement, sequencing, inclusive cueing, and the art of holding space for diverse bodies and experiences. Training also features the thoughtful use of Sanskrit, foundational practices in meditation and pranayama, and a brief exploration of Ayurvedic principles to support holistic wellness. Lineage-informed wisdom is woven throughout, grounding the experience in tradition while nurturing each student’s unique path. Whether you're deepening your personal practice or preparing to lead classes, you'll be guided in a nurturing environment that celebrates curiosity, cultural reverence, and lifelong growth.

Style/Lineage

Our Yoga Teacher Training is rooted in a rich tapestry of traditions that honor both movement and meaning. - Vinyasa offers dynamic, breath-based movement that cultivates presence and creativity - Hatha grounds our practice in breath, stillness, and the art of mindful embodiment Together, these lineages shape a training that is both technically refined and soulfully expansive, cultivating heart-centered alignment and guiding teachers to lead with clarity, compassion and authenticity.
