I founded Paths to Peace Yoga School. I offer 200 Hour Virtual Yoga Teacher Training Certifications. I've taught over 3,500 hours in Hatha, Prana Vinyasa & Sivananda. I'm certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork & Ayurveda Consultation. I've taught yoga for 16 years & practiced 25+ years.
