What to expect
This is training offers you an opportunity to dive deeper into the practice of yoga - the asanas (poses), meditation, the philosophy & real world applicability. You'll have the support & guidance of your instructor & the support & connection of the others in the group. While you are learning about the practice, you'll be practicing & teaching & learning about yourself along the way.
Style/Lineage
At Sanctuary & in this training, we offer a strong, flow that is accessible to everyone - our power classes are vigorous as we move through Sun Salutations & poses, linking movement & breath. Our Flow & Slow classes are based on the same framework, but move more slowly. Classes are truly open to students of all levels & options for variations are always encouraged. While it is a very physical practice, there is always a focus on whole-being wellness: body, mind, heart spirit.
