Purpose

The Solshine 200-Hour program is rooted in Vinyasa Yoga, and the lineage of breath-led movement. Our style blends functional alignment, intuitive sequencing, and energy awareness, allowing each teacher to develop a practice that feels both grounded and soul-led.

What to expect

Throughout this training, you can expect a supportive, immersive, and transformational experience. You’ll move through a blend of movement, meditation, energetic study, anatomy, and hands-on teaching practice. Each module builds on the next, guiding you from student to teacher with confidence and clarity. Expect to be challenged, expanded, and deeply inspired as you learn to trust your voice, your intuition, and your ability to guide others.

Style/Lineage

Our program follows a Vinyasa-based lineage, emphasizing breath, flow, and functional movement. What makes Solshine unique is the integration of energy anatomy, intuitive teaching, pranayama, mantra, and meditation. Students learn to feel yoga rather than perform it, cultivating a teaching style that is energetically intelligent, emotionally aware, and supportive of all bodies.
