Purpose
Our program is designed to help you build a confident, integrated yoga practice. Through immersive study rooted in classical teachings and supported by contemporary methodology, you’ll explore way that strengthens both your understanding and your personal practice.
What to expect
Your learning experience includes a combination of weekly Asana Labs and in-depth Core Modules. Asana Labs help you explore alignment and movement in a small-group setting, while the Core Teachings deepen your understanding of yoga through philosophy, anatomy, meditation, and teaching methodology.
Your Foundation as a Student and Teacher
Knowledge of yoga philosophy, ethics, and historical context
Alignment-based anatomy and safe movement principles
Teaching skills for sequencing, cueing, and guiding students
Understanding of the subtle body and energetic frameworks
Training in pranayama, mantra, and meditation
Trauma-aware and inclusive teaching strategies
