Embodied Anatomy & AlignmentMove beyond standard cueing. Learn functional anatomy, biomechanics, and how to adapt postures for different bodies. We explore the nervous system's role in movement and how to create sustainable practices.
The Art of SequencingDiscover the architecture of a transformative class. Learn to weave peak poses, energetic arcs, and thematic elements into cohesive, intuitive flows that resonate deeply with your students.
Philosophy & Subtle BodyDive into the rich history of yoga traditions. Explore the Yoga Sutras, the chakra system, nadis, and koshas, translating ancient wisdom into modern, accessible teachings.
