The Curriculum

A comprehensive 200-hour journey designed to build your foundation, refine your voice, and prepare you to lead.

Embodied Anatomy & Alignment

Move beyond standard cueing. Learn functional anatomy, biomechanics, and how to adapt postures for different bodies. We explore the nervous system's role in movement and how to create sustainable practices.

The Art of Sequencing

Discover the architecture of a transformative class. Learn to weave peak poses, energetic arcs, and thematic elements into cohesive, intuitive flows that resonate deeply with your students.

Philosophy & Subtle Body

Dive into the rich history of yoga traditions. Explore the Yoga Sutras, the chakra system, nadis, and koshas, translating ancient wisdom into modern, accessible teachings.

Finding Your Voice

Cultivate authentic leadership. Practice teaching from day one, receive constructive feedback, and develop the confidence to hold space, use your voice effectively, and guide with presence.

Style/Lineage

The Soul Body Flow Method transcends physical postures. We teach you how to read bodies, understand energy, and sequence with purpose. This training is designed for those who want to teach from a place of deep authenticity and somatic awareness.
