Sundara is located in the heart of Brunswick, Maine. We have plenty of parking and our central location lends itself well to those who prefer to walk or bike from town. Our beautiful, two-story post and beam space with cathedral ceilings feels like a spiritual sanctuary.

Lineage/Style
From the Iyengar style, we follow functional alignment and the use of props to support the expression of the pose. From the Ashtanga style we incorporate sun salutations and vinyasa to create a flow-practice. From our contemporary awareness we teach and body positivity.
