Amy Pearce-Hayden began the RajaHatha School of yoga in 2003 and has been training teachers since at the 200 & 500 hour levels. The 1-year programs are appropriate for students ready to explore how teaching yoga can change their life & the lives of others by way of integration.

Instruction focuses on muscular-structural-alignment integration with breath and meditation as the foundation. Ethics based on the Yoga Sutra & various classical texts are integrated into daily application, investigation, and transformation. Satsang & community are foundational.
