Jennifer French, E-RYT 500 and owner of The Yoga Sanctuary, has taught yoga for nearly 20 years. Known for her adventurous spirit and integrated style, she leads classes, retreats, and teacher trainings that are both gentle and challenging—with a touch of humor.
