Purpose

Our training is less about teaching exactly HOW to teach, and more about guiding students on a journey to discover what yoga means to them. We provide tools to support students to then share with others what they, themselves, have embodied from the mat.

What to expect

Our training will be based on 3 pillars:

  • Body: the physical aspects of postures and pranayama, cueing/sequencing, anatomy

  • Mind: the philosophies of yoga, including the history and the 8 limbed path, with a heavy focus on yamas & niyamas

  • Soul: the energetic body including the chakra system and the incorporation of sound healing and frequencies

Style/Lineage

The LITL Deep Dive is first about "Living In The Limbs" and experiencing how the multi-faceted journey into your yoga practice will have life altering reverberations that go far beyond the mat. The sequencing/teaching portion is loosely based in vinyasa, with nods to other lineages. Much of our philosophy is about the teacher finding their own interpretation of yoga and how they feel most connected to this ancient practice and lifestyle.
