Purpose
The purpose of this training is to provide students with a strong foundation in the principles, practices, and philosophy of hath yoga so they can confidently guide safe, accessible, and empowering classes.
What to expect
In this Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, you can expect a comprehensive and supportive journey into the heart of yoga. Grounded in the 8-limb path, this program weaves together physical practice, philosophical study, self-inquiry, and skillful teaching techniques.
Participants can expect to:
• Build a strong foundation in Hatha yoga, including alignment, breathwork, meditation, and embodied awareness.
• Study the 8 limbs of yoga in a practical, approachable way that helps you integrate these teachings into daily life and future classes.
• Deepen your personal practice, exploring how movement, breath, and stillness work together to support ones practice and life.
• Learn essential teaching skills, such as cueing, sequencing, observation, hands-on or verbal adjustments, and creating safe, inclusive class environments.
• Explore anatomy and biomechanics relevant to yoga so you feel confident guiding students safely.
• Develop your authentic teaching voice, supported by practice teaching opportunities and constructive feedback.
• Create meaningful connections within a community of like-minded practitioners dedicated to growth and transformation.
By the end of this training, students will have a well-rounded understanding of both the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga, preparing them to teach with confidence and integrity—or to simply deepen their own practice.
Style/Lineage
My teaching style is grounded in the classical Hatha yoga tradition, weaving together mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and the deeper philosophical teachings of the 8-limb path. I honor yoga’s roots by approaching the practice as a holistic system for personal transformation not just physical postures, but a way of living with clarity, integrity, and compassion. Each class is designed to meet students where they are, offering accessible practices that support strength, mobility, stillness, and self-inquiry.
At the heart of my style is the belief that yoga is a practice of returning home to yourself—of learning to move with intention, breathe with purpose, and live with alignment on and off the mat.
