Purpose

The 300 hour program aims to deliver the student with as much knowledge of yoga beyond just the asana practice. During this time we also diver deeper into what style and class format they want to teach and we focus our mentor meetings on this.

What to expect

A years worth of fun, community and learning all about yoga!

Style/Lineage

Maggie Grace studied under Pat Bruno, with a focus on Arhum Yoga and Kriya yoga and received her 1000 hour certification.

Pat's approach to teaching was to use correctives and conditioners. Breaking down the pose so the student learns why/the benefits and proper alignment with a no pain index. Hatha Yoga with a slow gentle approach so that each student can learn and develop their practice.
