Giving Tree Yoga is led by Karina Carmichael. Classically trained in Hatha Yoga, Karina embraces and brings influences from Iyengar, Yin, Sivananda, Bhakti, Karma, Raja, Mantra. Her time in India greatly influences the spirit of the lineage that she shares with her students
