Purpose

This synthesis offers a path that is both timeless and responsive to the needs of modern practitioners.

What to expect

A deep immersion for aspiring teachers to explore the full arc of yoga through Yogaspirit’s lens. Precise alignment, intelligent sequencing, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy integrated with Ayurveda, spiritually grounded practice and mentoring.

Style/Lineage

Yogaspirit® arises from the integration of classical Hatha yoga, the meditative path of Raja Yoga, and the healing science of Ayurveda. Informed by decades of study with master teachers the lineage honors precise alignment as taught in the Iyengar tradition, the fluidity of breath-centered practice, and the transformational inner work of Satvavajaya.
