My path into yoga didn't begin with a search for enlightenment — it started with a simple, physical need: I just wanted my back to stop hurting. That chronic pain led me to Flying Yoga and, eventually, to founding my own studio in Oradea, not as a business plan, but as a shared hope for others struggling the way I once did.

Healing my body turned out to be only the starting line. Once the physical pain was gone, deeper questions arrived — about who I am beyond the body — and that search shaped the way I teach today. I've studied Hatha Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Thai massage, and meditation, and I currently serve as Yoga Alliance International Ambassador for Europe. But my greatest reward still comes from the moment a student doesn't just perform a pose, but truly feels it.

I don't believe yoga is about becoming someone new — it's about recognizing who you already are. I won't hand you magic formulas. What I offer is real, honest support, so you have the courage to walk your own path.
