Arianna Storchi
Reggio Emilia, Emilia-Romagna, IT

Anusara Yoga and Polyvagal Yoga trauma-sensitive oriented teacher using non dual tantra philosophy based in Reggio Emilia - Italy.

Arianna Storchi is a professional with a solid background in psychology and a deep passion for yoga. Thanks to her training in these two fields and the experience gained in accompanying her clients towards physical and mental well-being, she combines psychological knowledge with the ancient practices of yoga to create personalized and trauma-informed paths of growth and healing.

Her training allows her to address every aspect of the human being in an integrated way: mind, body and spirit. Through relaxation techniques, nervous system regulation techniques, mindfulness and yoga postures, she helps people find inner balance, manage anxiety and stress, and achieve a deeper awareness of themselves.

She has been practicing yoga for 10 years, since she was 18, and teaching yoga since 2021.
In yoga she trained in Italy with the Anusara® school with international teachers, such as Piero Vivarelli, Alberto Vezzani, Andrea Boni, Alessandra di Prampero, Jaye Martin, Adam Ballenger, Ross Rayburn, Manel Rodrigues, Leah Kline and with other teachers of other styles of yoga, such as Marialaura Bonfanti, Cristian Sassi, Fernando Pacheco, Arielle Schwartz and Nina Barbi.

Arianna deeply believes in the power of transformation and unification of yoga and acts with integrity in her life to manifest what she learns from her studies and practice. She dedicates her work to offering empathic and professional support to anyone who wishes to evolve, deepen their awareness or simply find serenity in their daily life.
