I truly believe yoga finds you when you need it most!
My practice started seriously about 2010 as a student then in 2016 as an instructor as I was already a group fitness instructor since 2006.
I became certified as a Buti Yoga instructor then continued my study to obtain my 200 Hr RYT from ProPower Yoga Training along with other advanced trainings and yoga linages.
My purposes is to share the tiny bit of my knowledge compared to the thousands years of the practice; combined with love of community & movement to empower and spark inspiration within oneself.
I like to combine intelligent sequencing (asana) with philosophy and emotional queuing to allow you to focus on the job of the yogi- to observe and be witness of.
My classes and flows have been described as challenging yet fun; unconventional, just stay with me and it all makes sense in the end! I teach a dynamic class with multiple movement modalities! I place emphasis on alignment but encourage you to make the asana work in your body.
