I’ve been a full time private yoga teacher in NYC since 2015. My yoga background is Ashtanga Yoga whereby I taught Mysore and Led Ashtanga at prominent yoga schools such as Pure Yoga and Broome Street Temple in NYC. I simultaneously began teaching privately while managing and growing the Private Yoga and Wellness program (a $1M business) for Pure Yoga from 2015-2018. In 2018 I set on my own to teach students in their homes and offices. I’ve built a robust and sustainable business working with some of the same students for over 10 years.
