Catherine is a lineage-rooted educator, storyteller, and visionary guide based in Denver, CO. Her teachings stem primarily from Himalayan kriya, yoga nidra, and power yoga traditions. She teaches globally at festivals and retreats, and leads 200 + 300 hr yoga teacher trainings.
